2019 BLACK MUSCAT

wild berry • lychee • honeysuckle

Lukas's current favorite wine is the 2019 Black Muscat. His favorite quality about this sweet rosé is that it's beautifully balanced and completely refreshing on a hot day.

Muscat is best known for producing sweet wines that tend to be lower in alcohol and are light-bodied and fun. The 2019 Black Muscat displays a ravishing garnet hue and its light and approachable aromas of zesty tangerine and wild berries encapsulate the senses immediately. Lychee and honeysuckle notes enliven the mid palate with a smooth, sweet and euphoric finish.

  $24.00

Pairing 2019 Black Muscat:

"I definitely recommend pairing Black Muscat with a fresh Greek chicken salad, grilled lobster or even fruit tarts! I like to sip on this wine while I am relaxing with my wife on the deck while we get to look at the beautiful mountains of Ruidoso, NM."

2018 Petite Sirah

blueberry • subtle pepper • vanilla

Our 2018 Petite Sirah is a crowd pleasing favorite and is known for its bold appearance and its big tannins. This is Steve's favorite wine for its striking flavor profile and versatility when it comes to pairing it with food. He recommends pairing the 2018 Petite Syrah with smoked brisket in particular, as the woodsy smoke notes of the brisket compliment the big, bold and juicy flavors of the dry red wine.

Its deep purple hue immediately catches the eye as you are met with the vivid aroma of bright blueberry. Subtle pepper notes open to tannic, yet juicy and jammy mid palate and a rich vanilla finish.

2018 Aglianico

Kyle's favorite wine is the Aglianico. Since he works in the production side of things, he has first hand experience and gets to witness the process up close! He says this wine tasted great right out of the barrel and that after each filtration, it only became more beautiful.

"Each day, we would gently caress the tank and softly whisper "good morning". Then follow up by playing soft, delightful music so we would not upset the molecules. No rock music was allowed to play during this time." -Kyle

At first taste you are hit with cherries, followed by a perfect blend of tannins and acidity, then a smooth finish with a hint of dark chocolate that makes you go back for another sip.

  $42.00

Today we are shining the spotlight on Jessica, who works at our tasting room in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Jessica's favorite wine is our Bearly Legal, a semi-dry red wine that is so good it shouldn't be legal! The name of this wine immediately makes it likable, but the flavors of this wine is what sends it over the top! Jessica is mostly a dry red wine drinker, but when she craves something sweet, Bearly Legal hits the spot because its not overly sweet and is a perfect middle ground wine as a dry wine drinker.

PAIRING BEARLY LEGAL

Jessica enjoys drinking Bearly Legal with sharp cheeses like Asiago and a dill pickle spear! Now that's what we call a developed palate! Jessica says that this wine is delicious chilled or at room temperature and is best sipped on during movie nights or around a campfire.

Hard to bear? We don’t think so. But one sip and you’ll understand what we went through to get this wine into your glass (legally).

Taste

Delectable fruit cocktail on the front, well-defined notes of wild cherry in the middle, and a smooth, creamy vanilla finish appreciable by even the most novice of wine drinkers.
