Featuring Tiffany and Her Favorite Wine

Tiffany has worked for nearly four years! She currently works in our shipping and receiving department ensuring your orders and wine club shipments get to you safely and on time! Aside from winery tasks, in her free time Tiffany is a true Ruidoso resident as she loves to hike, camp and explore in the great outdoors with her nephews. Her favorite part about being on the Noisy Water team is that her co-workers have turned into family; an energetic, spontaneous and NOISY family!

Divine Intervention

Tiffany's favorite wine is the Divine Intervention. She loves how crisp and refreshing it is, yet not overly sweet. She recommends treading lightly when sipping on this one because before you know it the entire bottle is gone.

Featuring Kyle And His Favorite Wine

Kyle works at our wine production facility on our Cellar Rat Team helping oversee and ensuring all operations are completed properly and quickly. Aside from other winery tasks, he repairs any of our equipment that needs attention, definitely a jack of all trades and a great asset to our team.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 year old daughter, grabbing a beer with friends, riding his bike, and helping our winery be more productive and efficient. He describes our company culture as "eccentric, challenging and amusing!"

2018 Aglianico

Kyle's favorite wine is the Aglianico. Since he works in the production side of things, he has first hand experience and gets to witness the process up close! He says this wine tasted great right out of the barrel and that after each filtration, it only became more beautiful.

"Each day, we would gently caress the tank and softly whisper "good morning". Then follow up by playing soft, delightful music so we would not upset the molecules. No rock music was allowed to play during this time." -Kyle

At first taste you are hit with cherries, followed by a perfect blend of tannins and acidity, then a smooth finish with a hint of dark chocolate that makes you go back for another sip.

  $42.00

PAIRING AGLIANICO

Kyle enjoys pairing this wine with steak, fajitas, smoked gouda cheese or dark chocolate and likes to drink this wine with a cigar and friends around a fire.

Featuring Ruby And Her Favorite Wine

Today we are shining the spotlight on Ruby, who is one of our wine-tenders at the Noisy Water location in Ruidoso. Ruby feels right at home in the quiet mountains of Ruidoso, as she enjoys hiking, spending time lounging at the lake and wine tasting in her free time-you could say she does love her job. Ruby's favorite wine is our 2019 Reserve Pinot Noir for its cherry/jammy notes and the smooth vanilla/dry finish! This is one of the reds that converted her to enjoy a dry red and appreciate the beauty that they hold.

PAIRING RESERVE PINOT NOIR

Ruby enjoys pairing the 2019 Reserve Pinot Noir with a sharp asiago cheese and habanero stuffed olives. She recommends taking a bubble bath while sipping on the Reserve Pinot Noir or serving the wine at girls night or any gathering, as this wine is a crowd pleaser!

Featuring Jozie And Her Favorite Wine

Today we are shining the spotlight on Jozie, who is our Venue & Event Director at the Enchanted Vine Barn. Jozie loves living in her little mountain town and frequently jogs and hikes with her fur baby Monjeau (everyone's favorite host at EV 😉). Jozie's favorite wine is Aglianico for its full body, bright taste on the palate and that hint of chocolate you get at the end! The first time she tried it she was hooked, and now regular enjoys it while sitting by the fire or cozied up on the couch.

PAIRING AGLIANCO

Jozie enjoys pairing a glass of Aglianco with a juicy steak or even just some dark chocolate. Aglianico has a rich Southern Italy heritage, and is one of the oldest grapes dating back to thousands of years ago.

2018 Aglianico

A rich, 'big' wine, driven by the dark fruits, bold plum and robust cherry notes, explosive tannins and high acidity, leading to a surprisingly balanced finish with ever-so-subtle overtones of dark chocolate

  $42.00

Featuring Jessica And Her Favorite Wine

Today we are shining the spotlight on Jessica, who works at our tasting room in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Jessica's favorite wine is our Bearly Legal, a semi-dry red wine that is so good it shouldn't be legal! The name of this wine immediately makes it likable, but the flavors of this wine is what sends it over the top! Jessica is mostly a dry red wine drinker, but when she craves something sweet, Bearly Legal hits the spot because its not overly sweet and is a perfect middle ground wine as a dry wine drinker.

PAIRING BEARLY LEGAL

Jessica enjoys drinking Bearly Legal with sharp cheeses like Asiago and a dill pickle spear! Now that's what we call a developed palate! Jessica says that this wine is delicious chilled or at room temperature and is best sipped on during movie nights or around a campfire.

Asiago Cheese

  $10.00

Inspiration

Hard to bear? We don’t think so. But one sip and you’ll understand what we went through to get this wine into your glass (legally).

Taste

Delectable fruit cocktail on the front, well-defined notes of wild cherry in the middle, and a smooth, creamy vanilla finish appreciable by even the most novice of wine drinkers.

Cheers!

Featuring Tanis and her favorite wine

Today we are shining the spotlight on Tanis, a face you'll see regularly at the Noisy Water Winery tasting room in Ruidoso, NM and at Enchated Vine in Alto! 2016 Curtain Call is her favorite because this blend consists of all her favorite varietals (30% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah, and 10% Petit Verdot).

Now that's what we call a show stopper!

Tanis loves to pair the 2016 Curtain Call with asiago cheese or a nice steak since it has similar and complimenting flavor profiles to red meats and nutty cheeses! Tanis enjoys the vanilla and blackberry notes of this dry red as well as the smooth and unique finish. She and her friends love sit back and hang out while they share a bottle.

Featuring Lily

And Her Favorite Wine

Meet Lily, a face you'll see regularly at the Noisy Water Winery tasting room in Cloudcroft, NM! Lily's  favorite wine is the 2019 Gewürztraminer, not only because it's delicious but its origins and rich history. Alsace is a historical region in northeastern France and this wine has been produced in this region for hundreds of years! You can taste the love and dedication in it.

She also has a special place in her heart for this wine because it was the first wine she tasted in her introductory sommelier course to work for Noisy Water Winery.

Lily loves to pair the 2019 Gewürztraminer with the Spicy Tuna Udon Bowl from a local restaurant in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Gewürztraminers are known for having subtly sweet and spicy notes and the best pairings happen with this wine when you step outside of traditional French cuisine and experience other foods of the world.
