Gear Up For Game Day

When it comes to Super Bowl beverages, beer usually steals the show, but we think it's the perfect time to #getnoisy!

Pizza + Dolcetto

Berry notes in the middle followed by a smoky, smooth finish make this wine the perfect companion for pizza lovers.

Buffalo Wings + Jo Mama's Red
If you're munching on spicy buffalo wings, you'll need a sangria-style sweet red to cut the heat.

Deviled Eggs + Zia Chardonnay
Buttery and crisp citrus flavors mix well with the tangy, delicious flavors of this simple side dish.

Sliders + El Cabron Viejo
The slight black pepper finish of this dry red blend make it an excellent match for beef sliders.

Jalapeño Poppers + Riesling
This semi-sweet white with a smooth finish is the perfect compliment to this game day staple.

The Perfect Wine & Candy Pairings for a Happy HalloWINE!

Whether you’re a parent who sneaks their child’s Halloween candy or you’re simply waiting to stock up when candy is half off on November 1st, there’s no denying the glorious combination of some tasty treats and some delicious wine.

That’s why we put together the ultimate Halloween candy and wine pairing guide. Drink up witches!

1. Reese's Peanut Butter Cup & Black Cherry

Our port-style wines are sweet, decadent, and indulgent...just like the satisfying taste of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup!

2. Milk Chocolate M&M's & Demigod

Demigod is a lighter-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon filled with dark fruit flavors, vanilla, and a silky finish that pairs perfectly with M&M’s that melt in your mouth.

3. Butterfinger & Zia Chardonnay

Our Chardonnays have a buttery texture that perfectly complements a crisp butterfinger.

4. Starburst & Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc is full of peach notes, crisp, clean fruit, and acidity. It only makes sense to pair this easy-to-drink dry white with sweet and juicy Starburst.

5. Hershey's Dark Chocolate & Dolcetto

Have some chocolate with a wine that has a soft toasted chocolate aroma! Berry notes and a smoky finish go great with smooth dark chocolate.

6. Sour Patch Kids & Riesling

The pineapple and pear notes of this semi-sweet white pair well with the sour and sweet nature of Sour Patch Kids! (Plus, you can color the bottle! What’s not to love?)

7. Gummy Bears & Moscato

Our Moscato is a playful and sweet tropical explosion. Combine that with the sweet and fruity taste of gummy bears!

8. Almond Joy & Malbec

The tannic finish of our chocolatey Malbec is the perfect mate for the chocolate and coconut flavors of an Almond Joy.

Noisy Water Winery just adopted a highway!

What does it mean to adopt a highway? Well the NMDOT Adopt-A-Highway Program provides the opportunity to help maintain New Mexico's Roadside.

The program is a great way to promote responsibility, community pride and to protect our environment for future generations to enjoy by taking on the responsibility of cleaning litter along both sides of a highway.

The highway section that we are responsible for maintaining is located on NM Highway 220, and passes right in front of our production facility and wedding/event venue Enchanted Vine.
As an organization we are very proud of where we come from, and of how beautiful our town and state as a whole are! This is one way we can help keep it that way!
If you or your organization are interested in joining the program, contact the NMDOT and we can keep New Mexico beautiful together!

Do we need to say more?
A warm and welcoming space to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner in the plaza, explore some new wine varietals, share a charcuterie board with friends, and see some beautiful NM original art.

Grapes Expectations

"there's a unity now, within the industry, to get New Mexico wines on the map versus fighting over whose wine is better, especially over the past three to four years. There are a lot of bridges being built"

JASPER RIDDLE OF NOISY WATER WINERY STEPS UP TO THE PLATE FOR NEW MEXICO WINE

*an interview with the Head Winemaker and President of Noisy Water Winery

New Mexico is called "The Land Of Enchantment" for its stunning beauty and rich history. The spectacular terrain, bathed in over 300 days of sunshine each year, ranges from white-sand deserts to snow-capped mountains, and includes a vast network of national parks. In addition to its abundant natural attractions, New Mexico's colorful cultural history has contributed to the many

distinctive architectural styles and numerous historical monuments found throughout the state.

The state's equally-enchanting food is a fusion of New Mexico's Spanish, Native American, and Mexican roots. Visitors to New Mexico are guaranteed to be asked, "Do you prefer red or green?" in...
