An homage to the first lover of wine: The Mythical Roman God Bacchus, born part Mortal, part God (better known as a Demigod). Juicy, ripe cherries on the nose, rich dark fruit flavors with gorgeous vanilla on the palate & silky-smooth finish.
Double Gold Medal Winner in the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition!! Pronounced blackberry on the nose mingles into a velvety middle, finishing with hints of cherry, vanilla, and tobacco. A perfect pairing with almost any meal or no meal at all!
Rich, dark fruit and floral aromas on the nose. Black pepper and rich herbs in the middle, and a voluptuous finish. Great to pair with barbecue, game meats, any cheese, or our favorite way to enjoy this is with a good book and a warm fireplace.
With a deceptively light hue, this Montepulciano is sure to surprise you! Ripe red berries on the nose with hints of melon and a light potpourri make you want to smell this wine over and over again. On the pallet, a nice well balanced but present acidity like the perfect cranberry. Medium body with a soft tannic finish that lingers on your tongue.
It's not your mother's red wine. It's unfiltered. Raw. Earthy. New. It's the guilty pleasure that changes your perspective on wine, and maybe even life. Stop living such a filtered existence. Get down in the dirt. Have a glass. A bottle. A case. Dirty is what you need. Everyone should experience it. Tonight, it's your turn.
This classic varietal finds its name from the word "Blackbird" in French (Merle). Our homage to the origin of these grapes is stylistically portrayed in this 2015 vintage. Expressions of dark berries on the nose make way to full, fruity expressions of strawberry and blackberry. These beautiful fruit notes are intertwined with velvety tannin characteristics, nuances of oak, and our local terroir.
This semi-dry wine is legal for your enjoyment, but just bearly. Delectable fruit cocktail on the front, well-defined notes of wild cherry in the middle, and a smooth, creamy vanilla finish appreciable by even the most novice of wine drinkers. Hard to bear? We don’t think so. But one sip and you’ll understand what we went through to get this wine into your glass (legally).
