Here’s what’s on the table:

First Course: Herbed Brie & Wild Mushroom Crostini, brought to life with the earthy, bold flavors of the Super New Mexican.

Second Course: Butternut Squash Soup with Sage Crema, paired with Wild White. It’s a warm, rich bowl of fall with a wine to match its golden glow.

Third Course: Beet & Mixed Greens Salad with a citrus vinaigrette, paired with Mission Rosé. Sharp, refreshing, and just what your palate ordered.

Fourth Course: Shredded Red Chile Short Ribs resting on cheesy polenta with rainbow carrots, paired with the deep, complex notes of our 2021 Engle Cab. The star of the show—both the wine and the dish—bold, hearty, and unforgettable.

Fifth Course:
Finish strong and sweet with a Caramel Panna Cotta topped with apple compote, paired with Alliance. Sweet, silky, and the perfect closing chapter to an epic story.
