Black Cherry Dessert Wine
Fortified Red Blend

cherry pie • cinnamon • cola

This decadent blend of Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon is fortified with brandy (port-style) and infused with black cherries. The aroma is enticing with cinnamon and black cherry notes, and the palate is velvety and reminiscent of cherry pie with vanilla bean ice cream. The finish is satisfying with a cola-like sweetness.
Our port-style wines come in a 375 ml split bottle.

OMG! I was a bartender for ages, and I actually learned this trick there at Noisy Water....but grab you a bottle of this and mix it with the bubbly! Booboo! You will fall in love! Instant mimosa without the wasted space of fruit juice lol...my new fave trick ever! I will be honest, when you first pop the bottle, give it a bit to breath (kinda hits with a couch syrup punch immediately after popping the cork). Once it's sat just a bit....circle back around and catch a sniff. Delectable cherry fragrance tickles the nostrils and delights the palate, especially when used to enhance a glass of bubbly. We even mixed it in with some subpar cheap grocery store bubbly and it fluffed it up so nicely it was amazing! I don't catch the cinnamon notes mentioned but I DO catch the vanilla-ish flavors and it's fabulous. Little goes a long way with this one - toss a bottle or 2 in with your next order and don't forget the bubbly! I even added abut half a shot to a glass of dry white (from elsewhere) that I wasn't fond of and it improved it immensely! My husband calls this port-like wine "bobbies fixer" bc I fix stuff I don't like with it lol but it's good all alone too!
