The 2023 Pinot Noir Rosé beckons with delicate notes of crabapple and tart cherry with the subtle allure of rose petal on the nose, reminiscent of a blossoming garden. The palate is met with the tartness of rhubarb, accompanied by the bright acidity of cranberry and quince. Our 25-year-old block of Pinot Noir is allowed to macerate with the skins for 12 hours, adding to the complexity and boldness of the terroir, and giving this wine its nuanced flavor profile.
