Tasting Notes: jasmine • white peach • chamomile

The nose is light and lovely, like a spring morning in a blooming garden of jasmine, chamomile, while crisp, fresh linen snaps on the line. There’s a silky-sweet ribbon of carrot cake buttercream frosting that winds through; soft, spiced and a little bit decadent, tucked behind a hint of minerality that keeps it grounded. Take a sip, and on it floats. Jasmine again, now fuller, like it’s just come into bloom. Then comes white peach, perfectly ripe, all velvet and sweetness. The finish is feather-light, more suggestion than statement, hanging in the air like a dream that you’re not quite ready want to wake from.
