As a salute to New Mexico’s most beloved crop, we made this “red hot” wine, infused with Hatch, NM red chile. This sweet red wine opens with raspberry and pomegranate on the palate and is nuanced with a subtle herbaceousness, notes of juicy mango, tart cherry and of course smokey red chile! The finish has a spicy red chile kick, leaving you eager to dive into your next soothing sip—just the way any spicy food entices you to go back for more!
