Dirty captures the spirit of an old world style wine, when wines were bottled unfiltered, lending to a more dimensional mouthfeel and a raw flavor. This blend of 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 15% Petit Verdot,10% Malbec,10% Mourvedre, 10% Sangiovese, is earthy with minimal sulfites and filtration. On the nose you’ll detect nuances of candied raisins and fresh vanilla bean. This medium bodied blend is bone dry, yet vibrant with notes of fresh black berry preserves on the palate. The finish is silky and complex with lingering tannins.
