The extra ripe grapes harvested from our very own Engle Vineyard, were fermented on the skins using indigenous yeast of the area. Its bright and cheery appearance hints at sweet summertime flavors as notes of floral honeysuckle dance with raisin and apricot flavors on the mid palate. Its balanced fruitfulness speaks to its unique complexity and history as the grapes harvested from these vines are more than 30 years old. A true product of healthy and bountiful farmland.
