Absolution is blended with Cabernet Sauvigonon and Merlot. The grapes used in this vintage were grown by our friend Paolo D’andrea, a man we refer to as “the Godfather” of New Mexico wine for his influence and expertise in viticulture. The bouquet opens with notes of dark berry, tobacco, cracked pepper and clove. The palate is surprising with a creamy Madagascar vanilla characteristic that makes this bone dry wine feel decadent. This full-bodied wine is nuanced with bold tannins and the finish is rich and satisfying. Drink and feel set free.
