Dry Red
plum • spices • tart cherry
This small batch Merlot is vibrant. It was harvested at the perfect time by our friends at NM vineyards, as the fruit was put to bottle fully alive and full of character. The bouquet is nuanced with notes of licorice, plum and black pepper, while the palate is vibrant with tart cherry, clove and subtle vanilla (showcasing the integration of new oak). It has a round-tannic mouthfeel and a layered finish.
