This cheese is THE VERY BEST we have EVER had. Oh my goodness it’s so flavorful, nutty and creamy. It’s so good I can’t stop eating it. It’s one of those things you eat that you crave and even dream about. It melts in your mouth. Pair it with a Malbec and find yourself in heaven.

I honestly couldn’t agree more with the other review. Purchased this today and am only sad that it’s taken me this long to find this cheese company and this cheese!! Seriously some of —if not the best cheese I have ever had!!

I picked this out for a charcuterie board and It was the star!! It dissapeared so quickly! If you are worried about it being too spicy, don't be scared. My friend who hates spicy loved it. :)
