Yoga at the Barn

Join Micheal Guzzio and Ashley Zuri for a healing ceremony and a rejuvenating yoga flow. In this event we will honor the changing of seasons and new energies of Spring.

We will begin with a Four Directions Ceremony. In this Ceremony, we face each cardinal direction and greet the four winds of creation, offering up gratitude, prayers with intentions, allowing the four winds to breathe new energy into our lives.

We will then lead into a heart-opening yoga flow where we will work with the essence of Lavender.

BONUS
We will finish with a group Limpia (cleansing) of the Rose Ceremony. We will honor our lessons and sometimes thorny places of life; embracing them as a gift and embracing the beauty that was created out of those lessons. We will work with the energy of Roses, Rose water and the Divine Mother.

Your $15 ticket includes a glass of wine or a pint of beer. An additional donation is suggested if you would like to participate in the BONUS portion of the event. Doors open at 12:00 pm and class will begin at 1 pm.
