Tequila Pairing Dinner

We are using our tequilas to the fullest! Enjoy a night of a four course meal, paired with four of our signature tequilas made into delicious cocktails for each course!

Bleaustation will be joining us for Live Music as well!

$80.00 a ticket... but hurry up and get yours, there are only 50 spots available!

1st Course:

Cocktail: Margarita made with Silver Coin Tequila
Shrimp Ceviche- truly citrus marinated shrimp, crispy 
garlic, blistered cherry tomatoes, charred calamari 
tentacle.

2nd Course:

Cocktail: Paloma made with Karma Anejo Tequila
Taco Trio- Chicken, Pork, Avocado.

3rd Course:

Cocktail: Dragons Heart made with Rum, Mezcal, 
grenadine, elderflower liqueur
Mole platter: 3 different mole sauces smothering a duck 
confine enchilada.
 

4th Course:

Cocktail: Pama Pomegranate Tequila
Dessert: Mini sopas, Prickly Pear Flan.
