A crisp pear and feta arugula salad with balsamic dressing refreshes the palate before the centerpiece of the evening: short ribs braised to perfection in red wine, served with garlic potato purée and tender broccolini. To close, a delicate lemon panna cotta topped with blackberry compote offers a sweet, lingering finale.
