I was ready to love this one more than I did - still an excellent wine, but personally I just didn't pick up on all of the notes the description spoke of. Flying solo it was nice, not overly sweet and the tart catch at the end was a bit much for me....so I fluffed it up into apple sangria and that hit the spot! May snag a couple bottles to see what else I can do with them....some wines are delicious as is but also versatile enough to get creative with and this is one of those for me. Give it a go straight out of the bottle, then test run some of the recipes you see online. It blended wonderfully into a froofroo sangria!
