Golden Delicious Apple • Bright Green Chile aftersensation

Our 2022 Besito Caliente is a delightful semi-sweet Riesling-Moscato infused with Hatch green chile. This wine has a uniquely roasted green chile and mesquite honey aroma that's reminiscent of fall in New Mexico. The palate is fruit-forward with crisp, golden delicious apple notes and a subtle smoky and spicy finish. The wine is light-bodied and perfectly balanced with sweet and subtly spicy flavors. We enjoy pairing this wine with our favorite New Mexican dishes like green chile stew, green chile fettuccini alfredo, chicken tacos and green chile and pepperoni pizza.

One of the best wines I have ever had. The Chile taste comes through but is not overpowering. Delicious!

I found this wine while visiting Santa Fe and fell in love with it! The robust taste of green Chili is so pleasant to the palate!

Love this wine! Discovered it at a wine tasting in Phoenix which prompted a visit to the Noisy Waters Winery and joining the wine club!!!! Many great wines from this place!

One of my favorites. A little bit of heat, a little bit of sweet and a great green Chile taste. Great with Mexican food.

I discovered this wine during a visit to Ruidoso. I found it to be quite "off the beaten path" and most enjoyable.
