This dry apple wine is made from apples harvested by our friends in Mendenales, NM. While the aroma is deceptively sweet and candy-like, the flavor of Don’t Tell Mama is surprisingly dry and crisp. On the palate you’ll notice hints of mulling spices, wild herbs and orchard fruit; the finish is crisp and refreshing.
