I am a first time user of this balsamic. I used it to marinate some beef skirt. It gave the meat a sweet finish. I probably should have marinated the beef longer to give it a more lasting flavor. So, now I am purchasing more to I can do just that. I paired the balsamic with the garlic infused oil oil, It was a great pairing. Highly recommend both.

We have loved drizzling this aged balsamic on salads for years (think farmer's market greens with fresh berries, goat cheese and sweet nuts). We live in Santa Fe and compared to other aged balsamic options when we would run out and we were always disappointed. Was delighted to find that we could order it online since it isn't likely that I will make it to Ruidoso soon enough.

The BEST Balsamic vinegar outside of Florence, Italy....... Nothing else comes even close to it!

I absolutely love this balsamic vinegar, I don’t usually like vinegar but this is the best. First tried it when visiting my sister in Alamogordo, now I order it online to ship to East Texas. It’s great as a marinate or as a dressing for salad.

I first tried this 15 tears ago on a trip to Ruidoso, and would drive in annually to get a couple of large bottles. I have since moved to Charleston and have tried in vain to find anything as delicious, willing to pay anything up to $200 for any balsamic to even come close- and nothing does! I finally called and found out they have a website, haha! Silly me, I should have been having it shipped in all along. My friend who lived in Italy agrees this is the best she’s ever tasted.

Holy Sh*t, I tried this for the first time at mt sisters house. I immediately turned around and bought the biggest bottle online. Cucumbers, bell peppers,salads, you name it this stuff is like liquid gold for veggies.
