This is the BEST Olive Oil I have ever eaten! My girlfriend bought it for me as a gift. I ate it on almost anything but ice cream! Smooth, no Olive Oil after taste, like some oils have. Divine Oil with a wonderful taste of garlic! Came to order some, out of stock! You don't need much of it, goes a long way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can't wait for it to be restocked! This olive oil is the best I have tasted! The garlic flavor really comes through without being overpowering. I also bought the Pomegranate balsamic and mixed the two and dipped my baguette in it. It’s the BEST snack ever. Highly recommend these two together.

I love infused oils. This was my first time to New Mexico,y boyfriend is from there. He isn't huge on wine or oils, but he surprised me by taking me here and he is so glad I made him taste with me. We both love how strong the garlic aroma and taste is on the oil. It's the best I have tasted. I got a garlic oil from my favorite oil place in Washington and Noisey Water was superior by a long shot. Its so smooth and not overwhelming at all. It compliments every dish or bread so nicely. I just ordered some more wines and next I will be ordering some more oils.
