Working with an Italian varietal that is being grown in New Mexico, we wanted to find a harmonious balance of modern winemaking techniques with an overarching Old World theme.
Taste
An explosive bouquet of sweet cherries and tobacco, round plum flavor profiles fill the glass, ending with ripe, soft tannins and a balance of complex acidic notes.
