Greetings from Houston! Received a bottle for Mother’s Day. My daughter toured the winery and brought back a delicious gift for me. So smooth and refreshing with a hint of green chile at the end. Paired perfectly with chicken over a picnic outing.

We first encountered Besito Caliente at a restaurant on a visit to Ojo Caliente while on a road trip in New Mexico. We took a case of it home with us and recently ordered another case. It's just as luscious, fruity without being sugary and finishing with that subtle kiss of chili. Wonderful served cold!

It was quite delicious! I ordered it for our wine club because of the color (green) which was the theme for March. We are usually pretty snobby big deep red drinkers, but it was a hit!

I never thought of wine and green chilis together, but this is truly amazing! It's great with Mexican food, Asian food too, with their own heat -- this wine is cooling with a bit of its own spark of heat that is fantastic!

We have loved this wine ever since we first tried it on a trip to New Mexico a few years ago. Now we get it shipped to our home in Pennsylvania. Everyone who tries it loves it just as much as we do!

Several people here in Pagosa really like this wine. A nice hint of green chile and not too hot or sweet, just right. Only thing is it is not available here in Pagosa Springs.
